In perfumery there is a diverse range of women's and men's fragrances. Therefore, it may often seem difficult to find the one scent that you, the wearer, will be satisfied with for a long time. Smell can also determine how others perceive you.
Before you start looking for your fragrance, you should clarify a few questions. What character traits do you have yourself? How would you like to be perceived by others? People associate different smells with different properties. Although this happens subconsciously, it is not to be neglected when you are looking for a suitable fragrance for yourself. The basic rule is: simply spray the perfume on and let it dry on the skin. Never massage in or rub on the skin! Otherwise the scent intensity will be lost. Pure perfume is used sparingly due to its high concentration of fragrance oil. A drop on a specific area of skin is usually sufficient.

This is the natural habituation effect. If you use the same scent all the time, after a while your nose will get used to the smell and block it out. For others around you, on the other hand, the scent can still be intensely perceptible.
